Spark Subdivision Setup
Run the three-step workflow to add SubdivisionName to the local DB and gate the Briarbrook community page.
Admin Password
1. Standardfields probe
Confirms SubdivisionName is on the OGAR feed
2. Full resync
Backfills subdivision on all 2,180 rows (~2–3 min)
3. Overall subdivision coverage
Coverage % + top 20 subdivisions
4. Briarbrook / Carl Junction proof
Count + sample rows for the community page gate
Decision gate
- Step 4 count > 0 + city = Carl Junction → build Briarbrook community page with native grid
- Step 4 count = 0 → SubdivisionName null in OGAR → email Anusha, keep IDX/link fallback
- Step 1 ❌ → field not on feed → email Anusha before doing anything else
